Todd C. Hilbig


Todd Hilbig is a shareholder of the firm of Morgan, Minnock, Rice & Miner. His fields of practice include among other areas litigation, insurance defense, construction defect defense, pharmacy defense, large retail premises liability defense, and insurance coverage. He graduated with University Honors in economics from Brigham Young University. He obtained his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School where he served as editor-in-chief of The BYU Journal of Public Law. He is author of the comment "Will New York Recognize Same Sex Marriage? An Analysis of the Conflict of Laws' Public Policy Exception" (12 BYU J.Pub.L. 333). Todd is fluent in German, and he is a member of the Utah State Bar, the Utah Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He was selected as one of Utah Business Magazine's "Legal Elite."
