Jeffrey C. Miner


Since joining the firm in 1995, Jeff's practice has focused on personal injury, wrongful death, and construction defect. He has also developed a successful alternative dispute resolution practice. Since 2017, Utah Business magazine has identified him as one of only a few "Utah Legal Elites" in the area of personal injury and wrongful death mediation and arbitration. Jeff has also been inducted into the preeminent national association of mediators and arbitrators, The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. This honor is based on nomination, peer review, and client interviews. Several times each week, attorneys throughout Utah hire Jeff to act as mediator or arbitrator in their cases.

He is admitted to practice law before all Utah State Courts, the U.S. District Court, State of Utah, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in history at the University of Utah in 1992 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate at the University of Utah College of Law. He is conversant in Spanish.
