Marianne Schumann


Ms. Schumann received a bachelor's degree in economics from Brigham Young University. She attended law school at the University of Utah, graduating with high honors. During law school, Marianne was the Associate Articles Editor of the Utah Law Review. She also received CALI awards in Torts, Conflict of Laws, Business Organizations and other courses. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Marianne worked as a law clerk with the in-house department of Union Pacific Railroad Company. Upon graduation, Marianne served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Thomas Low and Judge Christine Johnson of the Fourth Judicial District Court for the State of Utah. Ms. Schumann joined Morgan, Minnock, Rice & Miner as an associate in 2015.
