Ella S. Smith

Ms. Smith earned a bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of Alabama. She obtained her juris doctor degree from UIC John Marshall Law School. During law school, Ella was the recipient of the Edward T. Lee full tuition scholarship. She was also a member of UIC John Marshall's law review as a writer and editor. Ella is a member of the Utah State Bar and has been admitted to practice in Utah State courts and the United States District Court for the District of Utah. Ms. Smith joined Morgan, Minnock, Rice & Miner as an associate in 2022.
